Claims by anyone, anywhere in the country, suffering an injury or disease arising from getting any vaccination are processed through a special Vaccine Court as part of the U.S. Court of Claims as established under The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Covid vaccinations are processed under the Countermeasure Injury Compensation Program.
